SERVICE PROCESS
Five deliberate stages translate a likeness from reference imagery through digital sculpting, physical proofing and molding, into a finished cinematic bionic face.
01It begins with you. We collect high-resolution reference photography from every critical angle, establishing the ground-truth likeness that drives the entire pipeline.
02The likeness is rebuilt in 3D. Using ZBrush, we sculpt an anatomically exact high-poly model — bone, muscle and surface form resolved to sub-millimeter accuracy.
03Details are pushed to the limit, then proofed in the physical world — a 20µm high-resolution red wax master is produced to confirm every contour before molding begins.
04From the approved master we fabricate precision resin tooling — micron-accurate molds engineered to capture pore-level detail in every subsequent cast.
05The final presence is born — cast in medical-grade platinum silicone with multi-layer pigmentation and hand-finishing, delivering a breathtakingly lifelike masterpiece.

Cast in medical-grade platinum silicone with strictly controlled sub-surface scattering (SSS). Paired with cinematic-grade pigmentation and hand-punched hair, we deliver breathtaking realism under any lighting.
Face-skins are engineered around your specific mechanical control points and motion trajectories. By simulating natural human epidermal wrinkling patterns, we ensure highly organic, tear-resistant expressions.
