We offer a 3 Month on all of our products, including 3D Portrait Designs, 3D Human Body Designs, General 3D Designs, 3D Mold Designs, and Wax Figure Making. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Return or Replacement
If your warranty claim is approved, we will repair or replace your product at no additional charge.For customized designs, replacements or repairs may be subject to additional customization fees if the error was not on our part.
Please note that our warranty does not cover shipping costs for returns or replacements. In case of a claim, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return the product.
