  • Digital Products: For products such as ZBrush files (3D models), there is no physical shipping involved. You will receive a download link immediately after purchase, allowing you to access and download your digital files. These files can also be converted into other formats like OBJ for compatibility with other 3D software or printing services.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs:

  • Physical Products: We offer a variety of shipping options depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size of the items, and destination.
    • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-10 business days for delivery within the domestic region.
    • Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery options are available for a higher fee. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.
    • International Shipping: We ship worldwide. International shipping times vary depending on your location. Import duties, taxes, and fees may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Digital Products: These products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. You will receive an instant download link for your ZBrush files after completing your purchase. You can also request file conversions (e.g., from ZBR to OBJ) directly from us.

3. Tracking Your Order:

  • Physical Products: Once your physical order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
  • Digital Products: You will be provided with a link to download your digital files directly after purchase. You can also access your files in your account section for future downloads.

4. Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide, but certain locations may be restricted due to shipping limitations or customs regulations. Please check your shipping address during checkout to confirm availability.
  • Digital Products: Available for immediate delivery worldwide, no shipping restrictions apply.

5. Packaging:

  • Physical Products: All items are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. For fragile or custom-made items, extra care is taken to prevent damage during transit.
  • Digital Products: No physical packaging is required. The product is delivered electronically via a download link.

6. Lost or Damaged Items:

  • Physical Products: If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and ensure a resolution.
  • Digital Products: If you experience issues with downloading your files, please contact our customer support team. We’ll help resolve any issues promptly.

7. Handling & Additional Fees:

  • All orders are subject to handling fees for preparation, packaging, and processing of your items. These fees are included in the total cost at checkout and are non-refundable.
  • Digital Products: There are no additional handling fees for digital downloads.

8. Delivery Address:

  • Physical Products: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Digital Products: No physical address is required for digital products, but please make sure your email address is correct for receiving the download link.
